Sinead Kieran

Before Sinead trained as a professional coach and established Coaching by SMK, she was a highly successful management professional with an accomplished career. An experienced Senior Leader for some of the world’s largest organisations / brands, she has worked in close partnership with VPs, MDs and heads of departments to devise business goals and drive performance.  She has held global roles in operations, continuous improvement and training. 

Sinead’s work today is inspired by her passion for working with people. Today Sinead works with individuals, managers and teams. She draws on her extensive work experience and coaching as a means to assist her clients to achieve their goals and move forward.  

Roberta Danzi 

With a background in the corporate sector, Roberta has extensive experience of managing teams in the Operations and Compliance departments. While working for a large multi-national, she has coached both individuals and teams. Passionate about people, she decided to properly train as a coach and in 2016 she completed a Diploma and Life and Business Coaching with the Irish Lifecoach Institute.

Roberta volunteers with Jobcare and is the owner of Grow Aware Coaching – as an entrepreneur she supports people looking for a new career direction and people going from employment to working for themselves. She helps start-ups and new businesses owners navigate through the challenges of setting up a company and she also works with women on their journey towards pregnancy. Roberta likes to empower people to see the countless possibilities that are out there for everyone to create a fulfilling career and the life they desire.

Roberta has also a qualification in Business Planning, has previously worked in communication, journalism and interpreting and works with her clients in English, French and Italian.
